Composer, Writer, Performer, Producer: JUNA SANJI [vygore]

Prohibited Uses & Polyphonic Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by written agreement from Juna Sanji, any unauthorized commercial exploitation of the musical works on "ASUNA" is strictly prohibited. Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Sampling and Chopping: Utilizing any polyphonic stems, individual instrument tracks, drum loops, vocals, or sound design elements from "ASUNA" in your own musical productions (including but not limited to Drum & Bass, Breakcore, Rap, or any other genre).

• Public Performance & Broadcasting: Playing the tracks in commercial venues, radio broadcasts, or live streams without acquiring the proper performance licenses (via relevant Performing Rights Organizations) or direct written clearance.

• Monetized Media: Using the music as background tracks for YouTube videos, Twitch streams, TikToks, or independent video games that generate revenue, unless cleared via an official synchronization license, this applies to individual artworks depicted in this album too, as they represent Juna Sanji's Intellectual Property ("IP").

• Distribution: Re-uploading, distributing, or selling the audio files to third-party platforms, torrent sites, or unauthorized streaming channels.

Remixes and Fan Content

Referring to derivative works, with the idea of creating a remix, cover version, or use elements of "ASUNA" for transformative fan-art/bootlegs:

1. Non-Commercial Only: The resulting work must not be monetized or distributed to commercial stores (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) without explicit permission.

2. Credit: Clear and visible credit must be given to Juna Sanji / Vygore, linking back to vygore.com.

3. Take-Down Right: Juna Sanji reserves the right to request the removal of any fan-created content that utilizes assets from "ASUNA" at any time, for any reason, furthermore, also fan-created content that is not utilizing assets from "ASUNA", for reasons such as 'creating pornographic' material.
   
   

禁止事項および多声（ポリフォニック）素材の制限

Juna Sanjiによる書面での明示的な許諾がある場合を除き、アルバム「ASUNA」に収録されている楽曲を無断で商業利用することは固く禁止されています。特に以下の行為は厳格に禁止されます：

• サンプリングおよびチョッピング（再構築）： 「ASUNA」に含まれるポリフォニック・ステム、個別の楽器トラック、ドラムループ、ボーカル、またはサウンドデザイン要素を、ご自身の音楽制作（ドラム＆ベース、ブレイクコア、ラップ、その他あらゆるジャンルを含みますがこれらに限定されません）に使用すること。

• 公衆送信および放送： 適切な演奏権ライセンス（関連する著作権管理団体経由）または直接の書面による許諾を得ることなく、商業施設、ラジオ放送、またはライブ配信で楽曲を再生すること。

• 収益化されたメディアでの使用： 公式な同期（シンクロ）ライセンスによる許諾がない限り、収益を発生させるYouTube動画、Twitch配信、TikTok、またはインディーゲームの背景音楽（BGM）として楽曲を使用すること。なお、本アルバムに描かれている個別の美術著作物（アートワーク）もJuna Sanjiの知的財産（IP）であり、同様の制限が適用されます。

• 複製・配信： 音声ファイルをサードパーティのプラットフォーム、急流（トレント）サイト、または無断のストリーミングチャンネルへ再アップロード、配信、または販売すること。

リミックスおよびファンコンテンツについて

「ASUNA」の要素を使用したリミックス、カバーバージョンの制作、または翻案されたファンアート／ブートレグ（二次的著作物）の制作に関する規定は以下の通りです：

• 非営利目的に限定： 制作された作品は、明示的な許可なく収益化すること、または商業配信ストア（Spotify、Apple Musicなど）へ配信することはできません。

• クレジット表記： 「Juna Sanji / Vygore」への明確かつ視認できるクレジット表記を行い、vygore.com へのリンクを掲載しなければなりません。

• 削除権： Juna Sanjiは、理由の如何を問わず、「ASUNA」の素材を使用したあらゆるファン制作コンテンツの削除をいつでも請求できる権利を留保します。さらに、「ポルノグラフィックな（成人向け）コンテンツの制作」などの理由がある場合、「ASUNA」の素材を使用していないファン制作コンテンツに対しても、同様に削除を請求できる権利を留保します。
