Biography

Juna Jaru Sanji is a 22-year-old artist who started with their music career in 2016 using mobile loopers and different aliases, before gaining exposure as a Drum & Bass, Breakcore, Jungle, Techno & House Music Artist in early 2023, under their old aliases Cepta and nenji, before transitioning into 'vygore' in the final artist name change, in October 2025. Juna suffered from 'Indistinctiveness' before changing to the ultimate distinctive alias: vygore

Their life is filled with a history of ups and 'heavy' downs, that developed a rather 'pessimistic' view on life over time. That includes painful betrayals, losing friends and a girlfriend but also stuff Juna did, that heavily depressed them (e.g watching G*re online due to 'Morbid Curiosity') – on the follow-up question, whether this was primarily why Juna has the term 'G*re' in their name, they said they didn't think about it when they first came up with 'vygore' as their stage name in October 2026.

Juna Sanji's productions show many vocal styles, which is Juna mostly experimenting with their own voice, by pitch-bending & correction. They can sing high and low, as they trained their voice since childhood to go high. Juna is also surprisingly fast with producing, taking around 2-3h until they finish a song from start-to-finish. People that watched Juna produce, write and record their music and stated that their hands move 'real fast' on the keyboard when they use their DAW on PC, showing clear signs of a whole decade of music production & recording knowledge.

Juna's Career Path

It isn't actually a 'Full-time' Music/Artist Career

Juna Sanji (vygore) graduated from secondary school in July 2026, and is now heading to University for 'Healthcare Management' studies. Juna plans to become a Healthcare Manager in Japan, which is why they also started learning Japanese and have around 2-3 japanese songs recorded.

Juna sees a 'huge lucrative' opportunity in the health market, but also plans to change the health system for the better, with the primary focus on 'Middleclass' families. Their first uni lectures start in October 2026, which could also mean: Less musical activity, but probably shifting to more visual art of themselves. They label themselves as a 'self-portraying' artist, and states that all drawings are a visual, manga-style representation of themselves in real life.

Juna S. says, a full-time 'Music Career' was never an option in their mind. They compose and record music 'Just for fun' and did so, before suddenly building momentum and a small fanbase for their work. They identify themselves with their artist name 'vygore' well, but still feel like, it is only a small part of themselves – although, Juna considered working on their own Anime/Manga about Raceptanen and themselves, recently.
